What you provide determines how quickly your site can be finished.
1) CONTENT: All page content must be provided, please send us the wording for your site in a word doc, email, or text file with the page name, title, or domain name at the top.
- we need images or pictures, your site will look 10,000 times better with images on it
- if you don’t have any, please find some using Google images and let us know that you
want some LIKE these & we can search for stock images similar to them.
You Can NOT legally use images you find on Google images, and stock images cost extra.
2) IMAGES: Valid image files are .psd – .png – .jpg – .gif
microsoft word documents are not image files images in a word document can not be taken out at full quality.
- other formats are not Internet ready and may require additional fees for setup
- Stock images may be available if you don’t have your own images, ask us.
3) SENDING IT: Send all content such as wording and images together in an email or a group of emails, we will start making your site once we have everything together.
- please do not send a bunch of emails at different times with your content.
4) LET US KNOW: List everything upfront, We can only do what you ask, not what you wish… lol
seriously though, if you want it but don’t ask for it, you may not get it.
- Example: If you let us know that you want your contact for to ask for Name, email, phone number, and state we will set it up that way, otherwise it may just ask for Name & email.
- Example: If you don’t have an eBook to offer, ask us and we may be able to supply one for you or tell you how to get one. this could save you days of trouble!
5) Domain Name: Do you have your domain name?
- We need to know where you got your domain name from, so we can tell you how to get it ready.

6) HOSTING: The site must be hosted to begin, with us or someone else, depending on the site, but it must me hosted.
- Our Hosting, we provide hosting at very low rates from $10 – $20 per month depending on the site and traffic requirements.
- If we are hosting your site please provide us with access to your registrar or if you can change your DNS settings please ask for the A record IP address for the server you will be hosted on.
- If it is not hosted with us please have FTP access, control panel access & the database access information for us. If it is a WordPress site please have WordPress installed & admin access information ready.
