Provided domain name to be used with the world wide you hosting service it was provided for.
Provided domain name may not be transferred without first paying a $35 transfer fee.
Hosting renewal must take place prior to the end of the hosting term or the domain renewal may cause the site to go down.
Hosting that is not renewed prior to the domain expiration, on end of pre-paid hosting term, may cause loss of domain name, names not renewed will be forfeit 15 days after the due date of the domain name, if recovery of the name is even possible it will be at the expense of the client requesting recovery and can cost upwards of $100. Recovery price based on price set forth by domain registrar. World Wide You, its owners, or its employees may not be held responsible for any lost domains, data, or business for any reason. It is the clients responsibility to stay up on hosting fees. World Wide You will attempt to notify the client in case of expiration, however can not be held responsible for not received email, spam blocking, or incorrect contact information.
